Drum Weight   Double that of   Claas  :    Much greater flywheel effect, Smoothes out peak loads, remains at a more constant speed under load , knock on effect of reducing power " spikes " on driveline by 140%.  Driveline components will last much longer, fuel consumption is reduced ( in official tests by 16% )

    Drum Construction  Built around a large diameter tube. Short rasp bars are mounted on weldments  in a spiral, they cannot flex, or break, keeping the concave clearance correct across the whole width.  The loading is constant due to the spiral raspbar mounting.

    Rasp Bars     Made from very hard wearing boron steel, life is far in excess of OEM bars.
